Cancellation Policy for Vanras Masala

1.2. Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the product after receiving it (refer to our Return Policy for details).
  • If your order is already in transit, we recommend refusing the delivery. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund, minus any shipping costs.

2. Conditions for Cancellation

2.1. Timely Requests: Cancellation requests must be made promptly. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

2.2. Order Modifications: If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change of delivery address or alteration of product quantities), please contact us immediately. Modifications may delay the processing of your order and may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

3.1. Full Refunds: If your order is canceled before it is processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees.
