1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or contains defective products, you may request a return or exchange. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

1.2. Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the incorrect product.

1.3. Product Quality Concerns: If you believe the quality of the product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may require additional information or a sample to process the return.

1.4. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Products purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”

2. Conditions for Returns

2.1. Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, labels, and any accessories.

2.3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return is received.

3. Refunds and Replacements

3.1. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3.2. Replacement Products: If you requested a replacement, we will process and ship the replacement product within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

4.2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.

4.3. Package the Product: Securely package the product and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

4.4. Ship the Return: Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.

5. Exceptions

5.1. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

5.2. Customized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
